Genocide Conspiracy against North Korea: Open Letter to International Criminal Court
January 26, 2018 — The threats made against North Korea are due to one single fact: the Democratic People's Republic of Korea refuses to accept the world hegemony of the American Empire. It has nothing to do with nuclear weapons. It has become a ritual now to state that all the permanent members of the Security Council are armed with nuclear weapons, that the United States has used them on the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, that they have continuously threatened to use them to intimidate other nations since 1945, that Pakistan, India, and Israel have them, that NATO members in Europe have them at their disposal under US direction, that North Korea is in violation of no international law in developing them to defend themselves, to ensure their security just as all those other nations have done, that North Korea threatens no one and seeks only to have a full and final peace with the United States.
The nuclear weapon issue is a simply the pretext that the United States is using to try to solidify its tyranny over Korea, over the world. The threat to the world peace comes not from North Korea. It comes from the United States and its allies: the nations who have degraded themselves into subjugated vassal states ready to obey any criminal order of their masters of war in Washington. In response to what in our considered opinion are criminal actions, Dr. Graeme MacQueen, Founder and former Director of the Centre For Peace Studies, at McMaster University, and I, felt it necessary to send the following Open Letter to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court on January 23 . . .

Comment: These dynamics are changing not just because two Koreas are cozying up to each other but because other regional powers, particularly Russia, are inserting themselves in the peninsula in a way that would considerably help diminish the tension. Russia is positioning itself to act—if the talks between the two Koreas gain traction—by extending the Trans-Siberian railway line via North Korea to South Korea and also by building oil and gas pipelines connecting Siberia and the Russian Far East with Korean markets . . . what we today have on the ground in the Korean peninsula is little to no reason of war between North Korea and the US or between the two Koreas. A Five Year Forecast for increased Global Seismic Hazard
October 22, 2017 — On five occasions in the past century a 25-30% increase in annual numbers of Mw=7 earthquakes has coincided with a slowing in the mean rotation velocity of the Earth, with a corresponding decrease at times when the length-of-day (LoD) is short. The correlation between Earth's angular deceleration (d[LoD]/dt) and global seismic productivity is yet more striking, and can be shown to precede seismicity by 5-6 years, permitting societies at risk from earthquakes an unexpected glimpse of future seismic hazard. The cause of Earth's variable rotation is the exchange of angular momentum between the solid and fluid Earth (atmospheres, oceans and outer core). Maximum LoD is preceded by an angular deceleration of the Earth by 6-8 years corresponding to a p/4 phase lag of the 24-33 year peak-to-peak period of multidecadal oscillations of Earth's rotation. We show delayed global seismic productivity is most pronounced at equatorial latitudes 10°N-30°S. Two mechanisms may be responsible: (1) decreased oblateness (a reduction in J2) that attends a slowing of Earth's rotation and (2) lithospheric overshoot, a process whereby the equatorial lithosphere sluggishly overrides the decelerating underlying mantle westward, much as a loose cannon slides upon the deck of a rolling ship. The observed relationship is unable to indicate precisely when and where these future earthquakes will occur, although we note that most of the additional Mw>7 earthquakes have historically occurred near the equator in the West and East Indies. A striking example is that since 1900 more than 80% of all M=7 earthquakes on the eastern Caribbean plate boundary have occurred 5 years following a maximum deceleration (including the 2010 Haiti earthquake). Calculations show the asthenosphere to have an appropriate viscosity to account for the delay between deceleration and subduction zone seismicity, however, a geodetic test of the anticipated westward overshoot would be of utility. Whatever the mechanism, the 5-6 year advanced warning of increased seismic hazards afforded by the first derivative of the LoD is fortuitous, and has utility in disaster planning. The year 2017 marks six years following a deceleration episode that commenced in 2011, suggesting that the world has now entered a period of enhanced global seismic productivity with a duration of at least five years.

The Genesis Revelation

The plague of the Fifth Vial was the Spanish Flu that stole over 20 million lives between 1917 and 1918.
The plague of the Sixth Vial was the spirit of Laodicea that means "the people's rights" as expressed by the United Nations, Communism and Vatican II, quite the opposite to sanctification by "separation from the things of the world" that John Wesley preached. Euphrates was once the boundary between the pagan east and the Roman Empire. There is now no border, and having abandoned the Holy Spirit the church is simply 'the world' with God's Name on it. Brother Branham placed the Sixth Vial in time by demonstrating a fulfilment of Daniel 2:40-43 played out in the United Nations in 1960 when Jewish President Eisenhower (iron) and Jewish Premier Khrushchev (clay), the leaders of the ten toes or nations that once comprised Imperial Rome were unable to reach an accommodation.
We are living between the Sixth and the Seventh Vial where "three demonic spirits—Judaeo-Fascism, Judaeo-Nazism and Judaeo-Communism—came out of the mouth of the Dragon (Satan), and out of the mouth of the beast (Rome), and out of the mouth of the false prophet, (the first pope). And whenever we do, when we get broke, instead of these big merchants, tobacco, whiskey, and so forth, like have to get the money; what we'll have to do, either change the currency or borrow the money. Now an even closer date, Jesus Christ said, "Behold, I come as a thief [between the Sixth and the Seventh Vials]. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame" (Revelation 16:15; 3:3; Matthew 24:42-44; Luke 12:39; I Thessalonians 5:2-4; II Peter 3:10). This expression is used of a sudden, unexpected Coming that will result in judgment or loss because it is not the physical or 'erchomai' Coming of the Man. 'parousia' Coming "as a thief" was on March 8, 1963 when He descended upon Sunset Mountain with the "little Book open in His left hand" (I Thessalonians 4:14-16; Revelation 10:1-4). He revealed the mystery of the Seven Seals as His Prophet ministered to his Church from March 17–24, 1963. He has been present with us for fifty-five years, yet the apostate churches know nothing of this, and are not seeking nor are they expecting His Coming.
"The silence in heaven about the space of half an hour" commenced when Jesus opened the Seventh Seal. Fifty-five years would seem to us mere mortals an extraordinarily drawn-out thirty minutes. Reading from Revelation 13:15 – 14:1-5 we behold a prolepsis describing God's foreknowledge of events out of chronological sequence, assuming something is done or is true before it is so. He explains that they must wait until the rest of their non-elect fellow servants are martyred under the Fifth Seal and their 144,000 elect brethren are martyred under the Sixth Seal and the Seventh Trumpet. Then "the wrath of God will be finished in the plague of the Seventh Vial" poured out to distinguish the foolish virgin from the false vine church of Laodicea and the present holy convocation of the antitype of the fiftieth day of Israel's Pentecostal Feast. These ungodly people "whose end in to be burned" lived in the dispensation of grace, "were once enlightened, and tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost and have tasted the good Word of God, and the powers of the world to come . . . but apostatized. And to renew themselves to repentance would be tantamount to crucifying to themselves the Son of God afresh and putting Him to an open shame . . ." (Hebrews 6:4-8; 10:12).
This stern warning is to those with a casual attitude to the Almighty God who manifest in virgin-born flesh to take your sins upon His innocent self as Adam's KINSMAN Redeemer to meet the wages of your sin, asking only faith through His grace.
Revelation 15:1, 5-8, "And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God . . . And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened: and the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles. In the very near future "the seventh angel will pour out his vial into the air, and there will come a great voice out of the temple, from the Throne, saying, It is done!" (Gk.) The last plague is spiritual death as in Egypt it was natural death of firstborn (Israel and the Church, p. 73:57-62; 104:56-62; Jezebel Religion, p. 22:100; Ashamed p. 25:182). Like John we were caught up in the Spirit in Revelation 4:2; Christ was no longer in the midst of the candle sticks but seated on the Throne of Judgment whence issued fire and lightning and thunder. John lived to see the Coming of the Lord in Power, the judgments fulfilled in Revelation 19:11-21, and the millennium ushered in. We are living between the Sixth and Seventh Vials!
Now an even closer date, Jesus Christ said, "Behold, I come as a thief [between the Sixth and the Seventh Vials]. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame" (Revelation 16:15; 3:3; Matthew 24:42-44; Luke 12:39; I Thessalonians 5:2-4; II Peter 3:10). This expression is used of a sudden, unexpected Coming that will result in judgment or loss because it is not the physical or 'erchomai' Coming of the Man. The unifying factor in all of these passages is that His Coming will result in loss for those who are unprepared. It is on the public record that Christ's second or (Gk.) 'parousia' Coming "as a thief" was on March 8, 1963 when He descended upon Sunset Mountain with the "little Book open in His left hand" (I Thessalonians 4:14-16; Revelation 10:1-4). He revealed the mystery of the Seven Seals as His Prophet ministered to his Church from March 17–24, 1963. He has been present with us for fifty-five years, yet the apostate churches know nothing of this, and are not seeking nor are they expecting His Coming.
"The silence in heaven about the space of half an hour" commenced when Jesus opened the Seventh Seal. Fifty-five years would seem to us mere mortals an extraordinarily drawn-out thirty minutes. And with all of this circumstantial evidence, the Scripture and the Message, could we be so foolhardy as to stretch our imagination to one more year, or two, or three?
Reading from Revelation 13:15 – 14:1-5 we behold a prolepsis describing God's foreknowledge of events out of chronological sequence, assuming something is done or is true before it is so. The (once) Protestant US image to the beast will certainly be forcing her mark on Protestants and Muslims, Hindus and Buddhists in the first half of Daniel's Seventieth Week of years. In "the time of Jacob's trouble" after Rome abrogates her covenant with the Jewish banksters she will force her mark upon Israelites and Jews (Jeremiah 30:7; Daniel 12:1-3; Matthew 27:25). In reality the elect 144,000 will sing their "new song" after they have sealed their faith in martyrdom as revealed in Revelation 14:12-20 and in the parenthesis of Revelation 15:2-4 that answers to Revelation 6:9-11. Here Israelites martyred for the testimony of Moses throughout the Gentile dispensation cry out, "How long, O Lord, holy and true do You not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth"? He explains that they must wait until the rest of their non-elect fellow servants are martyred under the Fifth Seal and their 144,000 elect brethren are martyred under the Sixth Seal and the Seventh Trumpet. Then "the wrath of God will be finished in the plague of the Seventh Vial" poured out to distinguish the foolish virgin from the false vine church of Laodicea and the present holy convocation of the antitype of the fiftieth day of Israel's Pentecostal Feast. These ungodly people "whose end in to be burned" lived in the dispensation of grace, "were once enlightened, and tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost and have tasted the good Word of God, and the powers of the world to come . . . but apostatized. And to renew themselves to repentance would be tantamount to crucifying to themselves the Son of God afresh and putting Him to an open shame . . ." (Hebrews 6:4-8; 10:12). This stern warning is to those with a casual attitude to the Almighty God who manifest in virgin-born flesh to take your sins upon His innocent self as Adam's KINSMAN Redeemer to meet the wages of your sin, asking only faith through His grace.
Revelation 15:1, 5-8, "And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God . . . And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened: and the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles. And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever. And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled".
These plagues were poured out after each Church Age. In the very near future "the seventh angel will pour out his vial into the air, and there will come a great voice out of the temple, from the Throne, saying, It is done!" (Gk.) 'ginomai' meaning "action accomplished" (perfect tense); God's wrath is poured out: let the first resurrection commence (Revelation 16:17; 15:1, 8)! On May Day 2003 (which celebrates Beltaine's fertility rites, the inauguration of the Illuminati, Lenin's birthday, and Labour Day) George Bush II pre-emptively announced the end of major combat operations in Iraq. Behind him on the bridge of the USS Abraham Lincoln a banner read, "Mission accomplished" 'ginomai.' Eighteen years later hostilities continue.
Revelation 16:18 – 17:1, "And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. [Los Angeles and a 1,500 x 300 – 400 mile segment of earth's crust has sunk beneath the Pacific]. And the great city [Jerusalem] was divided into three parts [as UN Resolution 181 of November 29, 1947 became law], and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon [Rome] came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath. And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found [as the Pacific Ring of Fire erupted]. And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great, [punishing all those guilty of abominations such as natural and spiritual fornication, adultery, and homosexuality]. And there came one of the seven angels which had the Seven Vials, [this angel was William Branham who guided Christ's end-time Bride represented by John throughout the Book of Revelation, and spoke to me, saying, Come hither; I will show you the judgment of the great whore that sits upon many waters.]"
The last plague is spiritual death as in Egypt it was natural death of firstborn (Israel and the Church, p. 73:57-62; 104:56-62; Jezebel Religion, p. 22:100; Ashamed p. 25:182). The churches claim to possess the birthright but they are lukewarm and dead from the roots because the Life has passed from the root through the stalk, blades, tassels and husk to the wheat grain. Revelation 6:14 and 16:20 state, "every mountain and every island are moved," and this wicked and adulterous generation will be stoned "in the great Day of His wrath" (Revelation 6:17; 16:19).
